How It Works
- Order Ahead: Browse our menu and place your order online. We require 24 hours advance notice to prepare an order. Orders can be placed any day of the week but pick-ups and deliveries are made Monday to Saturday 9AM-3PM.
- Food Delivery/Pick-Up: All items are provided fully cooked, frozen, vacuum packed and stored in cooling boxes. Items are to be defrosted in the provided cooling box prior to reheating.
- Reheating Instructions: Kindly follow reheating instructions provided for each item on the ordering page.

You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers! Please read below for some frequently asked questions about our catering menu & policies.
1. What is EAT's catering delivery area?
We deliver throughout Malta. We are looking to expand our delivery area to reach Gozo and will accommodate special requests when possible. Additional delivery fees & extended delivery times may apply.
2. What are the delivery fees?
Deliveries are free of charge on all orders over €80.00. For orders below €79.99, an €8.00 delivery charge applies to most of central Malta.
3. How much time to do you need to prepare a catering order?
We require 24 hours advance notice to prepare an order. Orders can be placed any day of the week but deliveries are made Monday to Saturday 9am-3pm.
4. How are my products delivered?
All items are individually vacuum packed on the day they are prepped to ensure maximum freshness. Items are frozen and delivered in chill-boxes to reach you as fresh as possible.
5. Do you have any storage and reheating instructions?
You can read the storage and reheating instructions section on each product page to find out whether an item requires prep (i.e., is delivered frozen but is fully cooked or is raw) or is ready to enjoy upon delivery.
6. What do I do if the product arrives defrosted?
In most cases, it is normal for our frozen products to partially or fully thaw in transit. Our products that require refrigeration are safe to enjoy as long as they arrive cool to the touch.
7. Can I order for an exact delivery time?
We are unable to guarantee the exact time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local courier. Couriers will deliver packages anytime between 9am-3pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and scheduling it to arrive 2+ days before your event. Our products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness.
8. Do you provide set-up services for my catering event?
We only offer doorstep delivery of items to the address requested.
