250g seasoned ground angus beef, fresh frozen, formed in a ball, raw & ready to cook.
Cooking Instructions:
Thaw ground angus beef in the refrigerator. Once thawed, flatten the ball into a patty between palms of the hand.
Pan: Place thawed patties in a pan on medium heat. Fry 10-12mins, turning every 3-4mins.
BBQ: Place thawed patties on a bbq grill on medium heat. Grill 8-10mins, turning halfway through the grill-time.
