Description
Smoked pork belly pastrami, skin-on. Provided with gravy.
Reheating Instructions:
Oven: Place the meat in an ovenproof dish with the gravy provided. Cover with aluminum foil and reheat at 180°C for 20mins or until heated through.
BBQ: Wrap the meat in baking paper and an outer layer of aluminum foil. Place directly on the bbq grill on medium heat and reheat for 20mins or until heated through. Reheat gravy in a pan over the grill and pour over meat.
